Several institutions offer short courses focusing on clinical aspects of eye healthcare delivery in different locations worldwide, including the Tropmedex Institute (as a component of their curriculum) and the International Center for Eye Health. The International Centre for Eyecare Education in Durban runs a research methodology course specific to eye health related projects, while the Lions Aravind Institute of Community Ophthalmology offers courses on health management aspects of eye health.

For those of you interested in more intensive programs, the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine offers a Tropical Opthalmology course as well as a MSc Public Health for Eye Care as well as PhD programs.
